Whether a cozy cabin for two or large home for a group of 12, staying for two nights (minimum requirement), a week or a month, Cloudcroft Properties invites you to come spend some time in one of our privately owned homes. Our rentals have many amenities to make your stay a pleasant one, check each one listed to see what they have to offer.
All of our homes provide a smoke-free environment with outside smoking arrangements. Our policy requires a minimum of two nights stay, all reservations must be secured by credit card and cleaning fees apply on each reservation. Some of our homes welcome your dogs, check with the agent for availability and deposit requirements. Our payment and cancellation policies are shown below and a full copy of our rental policies is available upon request. Many of our homes offer six nights rental/seventh night free. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Four wheel drive vehicles or chains for two wheel drive vehicles is recommended for winter travel in the mountains. Cloudcroft Properties is not responsible for property accessibility due to road conditions.

Non-holiday: All reservations must be secured by either a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. In the absence of a credit card, one-half (1/2) of the entire stay's charges must be paid at the time the reservation is booked along with a refundable $150.00 damage deposit before reservation can be confirmed.
Holiday: All reservations must be secured by either a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Holidays other than Christmas/New Year, one night's lodging will be charged at the time of the reservation, remainder payable upon check in.
Christmas/New Year/Spring Break: One half of lodging charges will be charged to the securing credit card at the time of the reservation, remainder payable upon check in.
In the absence of a credit card, one half of the lodging charges must be paid before reservation can be confirmed along with a refundable $150.00 damage deposit.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Non-holiday: Bookings of less than 28 days - cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the check-in time will be charged for one night's lodging. For bookings 28 days or longer ask rental agent for cancellation policy.
Holiday: Other than Christmas/New Year - Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks before scheduled arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a service charge. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded the deposit.
Christmas/New Year: No refunds of any deposits made on cancellations after December 1. Cancellations made prior to December 1 will receive a full refund of deposit minus a service charge.
Spring Break Bookings: No refunds of any deposits on cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks before scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of deposit minus a service charge.
