Located just 6 miles east of Cloudcroft this gem in the forest provides you with much of what you need for a relaxing and refreshing stay and only a short 10 minute drive to the village where you can enjoy the quaint shops or take in the mountain cuisine at local restaurants. The three sleeping areas each have a different arrangement, queen size bed in the downstairs, full bed in one of the upstairs areas and a set of bunk beds in the other. The one bath located downstairs has a tub/shower. The kitchen is fully supplied with the items you need to prepare a meal to enjoy either inside or out on the deck where a grill is provided. Relax on those cool nights in front of the woodstove while watching cable or a VCR/DVD movie on the flat screen TV. The TV upstairs can be used to play Nintendo or watch another movie. The quiet neighborhood provides plenty of opportunity for hiking or walking to the local fish pond where the fish are always ready for a hand fed snack (no poles allowed) or riding the bikes available for your use or just sitting on the deck and waiting for the resident elk to walk by on their evening stroll. We think you will feel right at home at Casa Verde where we want your stay to be the most pleasant one. No Smoking/No Pets. Rates are $125.00 night/non-holiday, $140.00 night/holiday, $1250.00 monthly. Rent for 6 nights get a 7th night free. A one time cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged for up to 4 guests, $5.00 per person for each additional person. |
