Downstairs you will find a large comfortable living room with a wood stove insert for those chilly nights, a table in front of the windows that is perfect for playing one of the games provided for your use and a satellite TV with DVD. The den gives the extra space and second TV that may be needed when those two must see sports are playing at the same time. The kitchen is fully furnished and has lots of working area where a meal can be prepared then served in the separate dining room. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, a second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Outside is a large yard, partially fenced for your pet’s and children’s safety and two driveways large enough for trailer parking. Rates for this piece of paradise are just $175.00 per night for non-holidays up to 6 people and $200.00 per night for holidays up to 6 people. An additional charge of $10.00 per night/per person applies for over 6. Pets require agent approval and a $50.00 per pet refundable deposit. Monthly rates are available upon request. Rent for six nights get the seventh night free. No smoking. A one time cleaning fee applies, ask rental agent for details. |
